Prof. Wael Mualla, President of Damascus University ,met on 9th Nov with H.E. Mr. János Budai, the Ambassador of Hungary in Syria to discuss prospects of cooperation between DU and Hungarian universities. Mr.Budai expressed the desire by a number of Hungarian university presidents to hold a round table discussion with counterparts at DU to explore possibilities of future cooperation.
Prof. Mualla stressed that DU was read to support this activity and to discussion all proposals that would lay the groundwork for expanding cooperation with Hungarian universities in areas of mutual interest.
